Especially with WS as 1. Burning - 1 second. You take an extra 20 or so damage each second and deep wound

It's a fun arena build, cause most arena monks are scrubs without hex breaker.

When you run into hex breaker though, it's not fun

I have it on my death/illusion necro, it can be quite fun. Cast Phantom Pain, Then Fragility, as soon as Phantom Pain expires, cast virulence then Phantom Pain again then conjure phantasm. Although it wont kill anyone if they have compotent monks, doing this to a monk will keep him busy enough to not be able to help his allies without killing himself.

It is not worthwile the energy. You exchange what... like 40 points of energy to get the other monks attention for 5 seconds and like 5 energy (when he is fast enough to get rid of fragilty) or 10 energy if has to outheal it a bit.

Read the skill the dmg is already there with condition on if you mend it, it goes on again and does more dmg

mend ailment still heals for a good 20-30 points (since most frag mesmers lay down several conditions at once) if you have a respectable amount in protection prayers. 20-30 would nullify or significantly lower the amount of damage that frag deals.
